To develop young adults morally, mentally and physically and to imbue them with the highest ideals of personal honor, courage and commitment. To accomplish this, the Jake Garn Squadron stresses development in three critical areas: Leadership Skills, Life Skills and Military Skills using proven developmental methods of the United States Navy.
